Josh Riley

NY-19

Last updated August 17th, 2026 at 7:14pm GMT.

Voters in NY-19 will hear from State Senator Peter Oberacker in September on Binghamton broadcast and cable, streaming, radio, and mail that he is a businessman – not a career politician – who has created jobs, served his community, and understands the challenges voters face in this district. Voters will also learn that Senator Oberacker stood up to utility companies (NYSEG) in the State Senate and introduced legislation to help families with rising utility costs – while Josh Riley holds stock in NYSEG’s parent company, Iberdrola, and profits off of rate hikes.

Note: Peter Oberacker is running on the Republican and Conservative Lines. Josh Riley is running on the Democrat and Working Families Party Lines.
