During his time in Congress, Tom Suozzi has said that he supports banning Congressional stock trading, but in Congress he failed to disclose over 300 stock transactions worth hundreds of thousands of dollars in violation of federal law.

Tom Suozzi’s support of making Nassau County a sanctuary county and New York a sanctuary state led to migrants being bussed to local communities at the taxpayer’s expense and allowed them to receive taxpayer benefits like housing, healthcare, and food subsidies – costing billions of dollars a year.

Tom Suozzi put partisanship ahead of his constituents, and joined with Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries to vote against making the 2017 tax cuts permanent, including lower income tax rates and a larger standard deduction for middle income families; and instead voted to raise taxes by over $4,000 a person.
