Voters in NV-03 need to learn about self-serving Susie Lee.

• The ethics of Susie Lee’s stock trades have been called into question in the past. In 2022, Lee was investigated for six potential conflicts of interest after trading stocks in companies influenced by her committee work.
• Southern Nevada gets nearly 90 of its water from the Colorado River, but Susie Lee voted against tens of millions of dollars in funding for Colorado River-related projects, including millions for the Colorado River Storage Project which the Bureau of Reclamation said played a vital sustaining role through extended periods of drought.
• While sitting on the House Appropriations Committee, Susie Lee purchased a defense contractor’s stock three days before a new contract was announced publicly. The company’s stock soon quadrupled in value.

Voters also need to learn that:

• Marty O’Donnell believes one good job should be enough to support a family, buy a home, and raise children — the American dream.
• Marty believes big corporations and big government have forgotten that strong families are what make America special, and that a country that takes care of its families ends up better off.
• Marty O’Donnell supports banning big institutional investors and hedge funds from buying up single-family homes to rent out, which would free up more homes for ordinary buyers, and ending the special tax breaks that those investment funds get for owning and renting out single-family homes.
