STATE OF RACE: 

Voters are learning from the Perry campaign that Scott Perry is fighting for working families and putting Central Pennsylvania first. The campaign is highlighting Perry’s work to ban congressional stock trading, deliver more than $2,000 in tax relief to middle-class families, reduce waste and fraud in healthcare to lower costs, and secure the southern border to combat violent crime and the flow of deadly fentanyl. Voters are hearing that while Washington is broken, Scott Perry is working to fix it and deliver for the people he represents.

Voters are learning that Janelle Stelson supports an extreme agenda that would hurt Pennsylvania working families. Stelson opposed tax relief for working families, including no tax on tips and overtime, supports government-run healthcare that could raise taxes and threaten rural hospitals, and supports allowing biological males to compete in girls’ sports.

Early In-Person Voting: Pennsylvania does not offer traditional in-person early voting. However, any registered Pennsylvania voter may request and cast a mail-in ballot without providing a reason.

Pennsylvania has an mail-in ballot and an absentee ballot. What’s the difference?

• Mail-in ballots are for any eligible voter. You do not need an excuse or reason to request a mail-in ballot.
• Absentee ballots are for: voters who plan to be out of their municipality on Election Day or voters who have a disability or illness that prevents them from going to a polling place on Election Day.
• Vote By Mail On Demand: Voters can go to their county elections office and on the same day – request and return a mail-in ballot.
