NOTES:
Voters in Tennessee may vote before election day in two ways: early in-person voting and absentee voting.
These two voting choices differ in that to vote absentee by-mail, the individual must have a statutory reason: TN SOS AB Guidelines
To vote during the early in-person voting period, the person may vote purely for the sake of convenience. Voters should be encouraged to utilize early voting.
