Pia Dandiya

FL-22

Voters are learning from Casey Askar’s campaign that Pia Dandiya supports higher taxes on Social Security benefits and opposes child tax credits and property tax relief. While Floridians are already paying too much for everything, Askar wants to provide tax relief from day one by slashing fuel taxes, boosting the child tax credit, and lowering property taxes.

Voters need to continue learning about Pia Dandiya’s opposition to tax relief for Florida families and seniors. Dandiya opposed extending the 2017 tax cuts, which would have saved Florida households thousands of dollars annually, and opposed legislation providing tax relief on tips and overtime pay for working families. While Floridians struggle with rising costs, Dandiya doesn’t even live in the congressional district she wants to represent.
