Jim Desmond has dedicated his life to public service – having served as Mayor of San Marcos, and currently serving as a San Diego County Supervisor, where he works with both Democrats and Republicans.
Jim Desmond is a Navy Veteran who specialized as an aircraft electrician working on aircraft designed to support missions to detect, track. As a Veteran, Jim Desmond will go to Washington to fight for our veterans.
Jim Desmond will fight in Congress to fix our broken immigration system by securing our border, deporting criminal illegal immigrants, creating a legal process that works, and ensuring that no one skips the line.
Jim Desmond voted to lower prescription drug costs and expand healthcare access for nearly 1 million low-income and vulnerable San Diegans who rely on Medi-Cal. In Congress Desmond will hold healthcare and insurance companies accountable.
