State of the Race
Starting this week, voters in both the Sacramento and Fresno media markets, voters will learn in Spanish and English that Kevin Lincoln is a Marine veteran and the grandson of a Mexican immigrant.
Voters will also learn that Adam Gray is a lazy career politician who skips votes, has voted to increase taxes while serving in both the California State Assembly and Congress, and uses donor money from his campaign account to fund a life of luxury.

Born in Stockton, CA – Kevin Lincoln was raised in a military family and was inspired to serve others. Kevin joined the United States Marine Corps (USMC) in 2001 and began his training at the military police academy. He was later recruited by the White House Military Office and assigned to Marine One, where he would serve the President of the United States.
- Kevin Lincoln knows what it is like for families here to struggle with high prices. Kevin has released his Golden State Affordability Plan to bring down costs: suspend the gas tax, cap prescription drug costs, and cut the red tape that is driving up food and housing prices.
- As Mayor, Kevin Lincoln balanced budgets, attracted new businesses, cut violent crime, and did it all without raising taxes. That is the record of leadership Kevin will bring to Washington.
- Kevin Lincoln has spent his entire life fighting crime, first as a Marine military police officer, then as Mayor where he took on homelessness and violent crime head-on. He will fight Sacramento’s soft-on-crime policies that Washington has refused to stop.
